I have been running this real estate blog since March 2006. And guess what, it has really grown from strength to strength.

It is probably time to take this to another level. I am considering spinning off this blog into an independent business entity. Part of that will involve creating a business identity. I think that the name Lets Make it Sold does well. But I want to go the whole hog and actually print stationery and stuff.

Luckily there are a lot of online printing options available (such as the one I just linked to). Being a real estate enthusiast, I am not really in tune with how all this printing stuff works. But I am excited by what I saw.

I do not want to take too much of a detour from our usual programming on homes, houses, property, land, condos, apartments, and rent. Not to forget realtors, real estate websites, real estate brokers and the like.

But I would really like to take a moment and celebrate our coming of age on this blog. And also thank the fine folk at PsPrint for the great job that they are doing with online printing. More power to the likes of them.

I think that online businesses and other small business can benefit from online options instead of visiting the usual suspects, i.e., brick and mortar printing shops.
