We have visited many important sites for real estate buyers and seller and we will visit one more today - an MLS site for Reno, Nevada. But before that, let me spend a moment explaining what an MLS or a Multiple Listing Service is.
Basically an MLS is a database of listings of properties for sale. So a Reno Nevada MLS will have many entries for homes and other types of properties that are in the market for sale. In this era of the sub prime crisis, the databases of MLS services are swelling with foreclosure related deals.
As a result the MLS system is now increasingly attractive.
Continuing my journey of scouring the Internet to find the greatest sites for buying and selling real estate, I found a Reno MLS that I think just fits the bill.
What I liked about this specific MLS is that it is really deep. You can get information on properties for sale in most cities of the region, e.g., Battle Mountain, Carson City, Carvers, Fallon, Gardnerville, Hadley, Hawthorne, Reno, and just so many more.
Also accessing and navigating through the site is really easy. So, if it is Reno, Nevada that you have narrowed down for property purchase, now you know where to go.
